Scope of Work:

Demolition & Removal:

Remove and properly dispose of approximately 90 linear feet of existing timber retaining wall. All demolition debris to be cleared from the site in accordance with local regulations.

Concrete Retaining Wall Construction:

Construct a new cast-in-place concrete retaining wall, measuring approximately 90 linear feet in length, 9 feet in height, and 8 inches in thickness.

Footing Installation:

Install a reinforced concrete footing measuring 2 feet in width and 1 foot in depth to support the retaining wall. Footing to include #4 rebar reinforcement, placed in accordance with structural engineering standards.

Concrete Specifications:

All concrete to be 3,500 PSI compressive strength, suitable for structural applications and poured in accordance with industry best practices. Mableton, GA
